This means we must create safe spaces that support our teams' wellbeing so they can thrive. However, each team is unique, with diverse strengths, needs, and experiences, making a one-size-fits-all solution ineffective. A custom-designed strategic wellbeing plan is far more effective, but knowing where to start can be difficult.

Workplace Wellbeing Assessment & Briefing
Before crafting a wellbeing strategy, it's crucial to understand where your team currently stands. We utilise the PERMAH Tool Wellbeing Survey to measure the state of wellbeing within your workplace. As a certified PERMAH Tool Insights Coach, we can help you analyse the results and identify your key priorities. Grounded in the psychological wellbeing theory developed by Professor Martin Seligman (2011), the survey evaluates six core elements of wellbeing at individual, team, and organisational levels: Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishments, and Health (PERMAH). Additionally, the survey can include modules to assess: • Psychosocial Hazards: Assessing Work Design, Social Support, Work Conditions, and Work Experiences • Culture of Safety & Care: Evaluating leadership's care factors and team safety Get a comprehensive view of your workplace wellbeing and create a strategy that truly supports your team.
Workplace Wellbeing Strategy & Action Plan
Once we've identified the key wellbeing priorities for your workplace, we'll lead a collaborative strategy workshop with your team. This workshop is not just about us sharing our insights, but also about empowering your team to contribute their own, helping to shape a positive, thriving workplace culture. During the workshop, we'll guide your team through: • Discovering your organisation's purpose, vision, and strengths • Envisioning a future focused on wellbeing • Co-creating strategic goals that prioritise wellbeing and psychological safety • Developing a detailed action plan We will deliver a customised planning document that addresses your organisation's wellbeing needs, setting the stage for meaningful change and creating a supportive workplace culture.
Wellbeing Implementation & Coaching
Transform your wellbeing strategies into action with our tailored coaching and support for you and your leadership team. We offer personalised guidance and facilitate group discussions, helping your team reflect on their experiences and successfully implement new strategies. Choose from a flexible multi-session package, available over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, to sustain momentum and drive lasting change.
Team Programs & Training
Boost your team's wellbeing capacity and motivation with our training programs to inspire positive change and build a healthier workplace culture. Whether delivered in-house or online, our programs can be part of your strategic plan or delivered as a standalone training session for your organisation. Some of our programs are: • Creative Self-Care: Focusing on the individual, we explore the necessity of self-care. This session is a great way to develop wellbeing literacy in your team, work on personal wellbeing strategies, with an emphasis on identifying and overcoming wellbeing barriers. • Creating Mentally Healthy Workplaces: A workshop for leaders, we will equip you with tools to assess the current workplace culture and then start taking strategic, integrated action towards a mentally healthy workplace. • Clarifying your organisational purpose, values, and vision is essential for aligning your team and driving meaningful progress. By defining what your organisation stands for and where it aims to go, you create a shared sense of direction and motivation at work. This clarity fosters a cohesive culture, guides decision-making, and empowers your team to work towards common goals with greater commitment and purpose.
